CCES Manages Installation of Occupancy Sensors at Major Public Facility
CCES managed the installation of several hundred occupancy sensors throughout the Port Authority Bus Terminal in New York City, one of the largest bus terminals in the US. CCES reviewed plans, cut sheets and specifications, and worked with the designer to finalize the application of sensors to the diverse rooms and needs of the terminal. After stamping the final drawings, CCES managed the installation, ensuring that the proper sensor was being installed in the proper locations throughout the terminal, including the non-public areas. The project proceeded smoothly, and the Bus Terminal was able to begin to achieve major electricity cost savings in a short time frame.
