CCES Performs Benchmarking Compliance Services for a College

CCES performed and certified the energy benchmarking required by NYC Local Law 84 for New York College of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan. CCES was provided recent energy bills and related data for the facility. CCES worked with NYCPM to improve data quality. Then, CCES determined the college’s energy profile and successfully uploaded the data to the USEPA’s Portfolio Manager, in compliance with LL 84. CCES completed the project within a very tight timeframe to enable NYCPM to avoid late penalties.
