Marc has nearly 25 years of experience in consulting and government working in the areas of climate change and air quality. Working for Fortune 500 companies, small firms and a number of municipalities throughout the nation, Marc has performed:
Marc received a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from New York University in 1977, his Masters of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin in 1981, and his Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University in 1985. Since 1991 Marc has been licensed as a Professional Engineer by New York State. Marc is also a Lecturer at New York Medical College and teaches advanced graduate courses in the areas of air pollution and wastewater. Marc serves on the board of advisors of the periodicals Chemical Engineering Progress and Environmental Managers Compliance Advisor, and has numerous publications to his credit.
She is an accredited GHG lead verifier with the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and a Registered Environmental Assessor (REA) with the Department of Toxic Substances Control. She teaches at UC Irvine, Claremont Graduate University, and the Los Angeles/Orange County Environmental Training Center. She is a Board Member for the Environmental Management certificate program at UC Irvine’s Extension Program. Her PhD is in chemistry from the University of Southern California.
Lynn is a LEED Accredited Professional, certified by the National Council for Interior Design, and a Connecticut State Registered Interior Designer. She is a professional member of International Interior Designers Association and the U.S. and CT Green Building Council. Lynn works with all green programs focusing on Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resources, Indoor Environmental Quality and Awareness and Education.
Mark has also managed the first phase of the dispersion modeling effort required for resolution of the appropriate emission limitations for the industrial sources. He also assessed the potential for downwash of stack plumes from several major utility coal-fired power plants located in Midwestern valleys under various meteorological conditions and stack configurations. Mark was also the project manager for several wind tunnel studies. Finally, Mark is experienced in climatological and meteorological prognostications, with emphasis on prediction of long-term trends in temperatures and storms.
Sal attended the University of Southern California from 1972 to 1975, where he was awarded the USC Architectural Guild Traveling Fellowship as the outstanding graduate. He received his Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University in 1978, and completed one year of post graduate work in economics at UC Berkeley. Sal is a registered architect in the states of New York, California, Connecticut, and Florida, apprenticing under Philip Johnson in New York and Frank Tomsick in San Francisco. He has specialized in energy and economic consulting services and product development. His work has been published in Lighting Dimensions, LD+A, and Environmental Design + Construction, which awarded the Elephant Building at the Bronx Zoo an Excellence in Design Award. Sal was the project director for the design and construction of the headquarters of Brooklyn Union Gas in downtown Brooklyn, a 800,000 square-foot office building with subterranean parking. Sal has been continuously certified by NYSERDA as a Lighting Design Partner.

She has prepared Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Best Management Practices (BMPs) Plans, and Solvent Management Plans (SMPs) for a variety of industrial categories. Julie can assist with your specific environmental regulatory compliance, water pollution control, and permitting needs. Julie has a B.S. Degree from MIT in 1991, and has been a licensed professional engineer since 1996.
